Caroline comes up with a scheme to help Max pay off her student loan debt but panics when someone from her past shows up at the diner.

Fun episode again, the side characters continue to be weak caricatures but the juxtaposition of the respective problems of the girls played nicely against one another. Max's attitude continues to soften favorably as the weeks go by too - but hopefully not too much.
